Terms of Service

Effective date: September 11, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using bud buds and placing flower orders through the Service.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the bud buds website, contact-management tools, and flower-ordering services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

3. Contact information and user content

You retain ownership of information and content you submit to the Service, including contact information. You grant bud buds the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the right to provide information about other people and to use it for the purposes you choose. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or malicious content, or information that you are not authorized to use.

4. Flower orders and payments

When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the displayed order total. Prices, taxes, delivery fees, product availability, and delivery dates may vary based on the destination and the fulfillment partner’s availability.

Flower orders are fulfilled through third-party florist and delivery partners. We may substitute products or adjust delivery details when reasonably necessary to fulfill an order. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate sender, recipient, address, and delivery information.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or a fulfillment partner issues a credit, refunds or other adjustments will be handled in accordance with the applicable order circumstances and payment-provider rules. For order questions, use the support contact shown in your order confirmation.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Do not interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Do not use the Service to send content that violates another person’s rights.

6. Third-party services

The Service may use or link to third-party services, including payment, authentication, email, hosting, and flower-fulfillment providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content provided by bud buds, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, bud buds disclaims warranties of any kind and does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that a particular delivery result will be available.

To the extent permitted by law, bud buds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant order or service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or cancel an account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service unlawfully. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed through the support contact shown in the Service or in your order confirmation.
